ACCOMMODATION for 6 persons
The Villa is built on split levels with Guest Accommodation on one level and completely self contained with its own Andulician Courtyard and entrance.
Steps lead from the road level down to your courtyard complete with table and chairs to the front door. You enter a hallway with its chandelier, this leads to the bedrooms and lounge area. Off the hall is a utility room complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board, sink and hot and cold running water. The hot water is via a gas boiler which is situated within the itility room.
The appartment comprises of three twin bedded rooms, one ensuite shower room complete with WC, his & her sinks and a walk in shower completes the bathroom. A luxury fully tiled family bathroom complete with WC, his and her sinks, bidet, bath and shower is situated between the other two bedrooms.
The Lounge/ Dining room has a glass table & six chairs and is fully equipted with, CD/ radio sound system, TV, DVD player and Sky (partial, UK Card needed for ALL Sky channels) coffee tables and table lamps, two sofas complete the picture. Internet is also available at a small extra charge. This has to be stated when booking to ensure availability.
The Kitchen, which is American Style, is full equipped for six people, cutlery, crockery, glasses and pots pans & dishes. There is a large fridge/freezer, a five ring gas hob and oven complete with stainless steel extractor hood. A microwave is there for that quick snack, as are kettle and toaster. A 'Smeg' dishwasher is also provided alongside the stainless steel sink unit.
A Balcony, which is 'child friendly' leads off the Lounge. This has its own table and chairs and gas bar-b-que. The views are spectactular by day & night.
Towels and bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Please provide your own pool side towels.
A 'welcome' pack is provided , comprising of:- Milk, coffee, sugar, tea, water, bread, butter, eggs, orange juice and a bottle of wine. So at least you do not have to worry as soon as you get to the villa. Although there are shops 5 mins from the villa.
The open plan style means that the family and/or friends are together & enjoy each others company. There is plenty of room in which to have fun.

There is aircon unit within the Lounge/Kitchen area with fans in each of the bedrooms. As this appartment is open plan this work extremely well. The AC units is also a heater for those 'chilly' nights.
Just sit on your own private balcony and watch the ever changing view, it is simply spectactular.
