Location is very imporant when it comes to choosing your holiday retreat. One does not want to be in the middle of a livelly nightlife, when its tranquility you seek, nor visa versa. This is why Villa Pasa Teimpo, and its location, ticks all the boxes.
PASA TIEMPO is on an urbanisation and a mountain call 'Sierra Gorda' (Fat Mountain). with its stunning views over the Guadalhorce Valley, and Sierra de las Nievas mountains. It is between the typically white washed pueblos (towns) of Alhaurin El Granda and Coin. These towns have been featured on many television programs. Their Church squares, narrow streets are bustling with many bars, restaurants and regular local Fiestas, and are only a few minutes away. Within easy reach are some of the best that ANDALUCIA has to offer, such as Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Malaga, Antequera, The Lake District and El Choro Gorge. Not also forgetting the total coastal region of the Costa De Sol.
The villa is only 25 - 30 mins drive, depending on traffic, away from MALAGA airport, which is served by many low cost budget airlines, like Easyjet, FlyBe, Ryanair, from the UK, plus many others from all over the world. A car is recommended. We can arrange an Airport to Villa transfer at a very reasonable cost, or you can pick up a taxi at the airport, cost approximately €35.00, check before commencement of journey.
Once at the villa you are in the heart of the real Spain and also within in easy reach of what Spain has to offer, from the Coastal regions to the Mountain and Lakes. (See Places to go & see)
Both Alhaurin El Granda and Coin, your nearest towns, are Spanish at their best, with numerous bars, serving 'Tapas', whilst the copious restaurants cater for all tastes.
Local markets are held within most of the villages and towns each week. There are also the famous Spanish 'flea' markets of Fuengirola, Estepona and Marbella which boast more than 1000 stalls selling everything from local produce to bags, clothes etc.
With it's triangular position at Coin, the Villa is the same distance from Malaga as it is from Marbella, so the coast is only 25 - 30 mins away. Making it ideal for that special evening out or a day on the beach, or just to sit at one on the coastal 'Costa Del Sol' bars and watch the world go by.
If you want nature and mountains, head north and again within 20 mins you are in the orange and lemon groves or in the mountains and Lakes. The choice is yours, you are spoilt for choice so you can not get bored. Perhaps more importantly neither can the children what ever their ages.
Only 1 Km away is La Trocha, a shopping centre with bowling alley, 7 screen cinema, designer shops, supermarket, & restaurants, not to mention the famous 'Siboney' terrace bar. All only 5 mins away. But if its a quiet drink and a meal, within walking distance, then 'Sierra Gorda Bistro' (formerly 'Leslies Bar') its is English owned and run)) is on your doorstep on Sierra Gorda. They have an extensive menu for that daytime snack or evening meal.
